Here at Admin Angels customer satisfaction is at paramount and it is our intention to provide you with a high level of professional service that provides your clients with a positive perception of your individual business.

Through investment in a state of the art telephone and computer system, we are able to offer you the facility to divert your calls to us using a unique divert number.

This allows us to immediately recognise your calls and answer them in your designated salutation. Unlike other "messaging services" our aim is to be perceived by callers as an integral part of your business team. Accordingly, we ask that you provide us with basic background details about your business to allow us to provide intelligentresponses to callers. In addition, if you keep us aware of your rough movements (ie when you are available etc) when calls are diverted to us, we can insure that your clients receive accurate information (no meetings that last three days!)

Messages are relayed to you by fax, email or text message at set intervals during the day with urgent messages obviously being dealt with immediately.

For your protection, and to ensure that high standards are maintained at all times, calls are recorded and copies can be made available should a situation which necesitates this arises.

In addition, a full "out of hours" voice mail system is provided as standard with all messages taken - this being forwarded to you the following working day.

All charges are exclusive of VAT.
Accounts are forwarded on a monthly basis, payment is due within 14 days.
An initial deposit of £50 plus VAT is required for new clients which is offset against the first invoice.

We are able to offer out telephone answering service to clients who wish to use us on a temporary basis such as to provide holiday cover etc.

In addition to the above charges, there is a one off set up fee of £20 plus VAT for this service. Again, a deposit of £50 plus VAT is requested which is offset against the first invoice.

After the initial usage, should the client need our services again on a temporary basis, there are no further set up chargers.

If you haven't already activated the facility to divert calls with your telephone provider, don't worry! This is a very straight forward procedure which we can can assist with. Most providers don't charge for it, and it is activated within 24 hours of being requested.
